El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Every time I've been to this location I've been mistreated. Always talked to very rude by a Man name JESUS & the young darker skin Hispanic young lady, who's says she the Manager. I believe her name is Anbaro. She literally stood there watching & listening to Jesus be very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to me. I asked her to Please come here after Jesus refused to correct my order right in front of her! She folded her arms and just stood there and said; "WHAT"? I had to ask her 3 times before she eventually came over. I don't come here or eat out very often at all. I didn't feel well, so I went there for some soup & dinner for my daughter. I get mistreated by Jesus & that particular Manager every single time I go to that location, and I honestly don't know why? I'm never rude to anyone there, yet it's never been a time I haven't been disrespected & mistreated by Jesus!! One of the other employees always end up apologizing for the way those two employees have mistreated me. This is the closest El Polo Loco to my home, it's nice & clean. My family & I shouldn't have to travel to another further location just to be Respected & treated as any customer should, with common courtesy, excellent customer service, and respect!!😔...

11/18/23 8:00pm Just came here because I ordered 3 double chicken tostada and didn’t get the sauce, i work really close to the place so i bought the food for my break which was one hour later after i bought the food, when i received the order i asked for the dressing and the cashier jonathan said it was inside the bag, i just wanted the sauce when i came back for the sauce the supervisor told me it was 50 cents, but that comes with the food!, I didn’t have the receipt, i showed her the payment on my card which was an hour ago, she and all the team stared at me like if i was stealing, and the supervisor only asked stupid questions one of them was “and you just wanted to ask for the sauce later?” No, I just went work because i thought your cashier jonathan gave me the sauce...

Nothing against this particular location, just Pollo Loco as a whole! Used to go to Pollo Loco probably once a week on lunch break and there were particular items I would get, some of which were on their "Loco menu" which was a pretty good value. Also, they used to have "COMBOS" which included a drink! Well NOW, they have eliminated combos and changed the name to meals which do NOT include a drink and they have eliminated the Loco Menu (or whatever it was called) and replaced a few of those items with items that are nearly double the price! Great job Pollo Loco, now your on my BAN list and I will not go back. Hope others realize what they have done and not give them...
