My husband and I came upon this shop while we were searching for patio furniture in LA. We live near the mountains and experience heavy winds throughout the year so this limited us to heavy furniture options. Teak was our best bet, but the price point for teak is really limiting. We have six outdoor areas that we wanted to furnish. We found this shop online and were impressed by the reviews so we gave it a shot. Do not be fooled by the warehouse set up of this store. The quality of this furniture is beyond excellent. They carry grade A teak, this quality of wood usually carries a hefty price tag. Most shops will only advertise they’re selling teak furniture, but rarely guarantee grade A teak. You get better quality there than you would at Restoration Hardware, at a fraction of the price AND almost anything can be customized. We had to custom order everything because of our unusual sized spaces, so our process took several weeks. They have many items in stock that you could easily get sooner. It’s a family owned shop. The husband and wife team, Erin and Nikol, are absolutely wonderful. They’re both perfectionists and will not deliver a product until they are 100% satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship. We had ordered two poolside loungers and Erin insisted on taking one back because he wasn’t happy with the way it didn’t collapse perfectly flat. This is something I probably would not have noticed had he not brought it to my attention. Six months after taking delivery of our furniture we had a terrible experience with rodents getting under our furniture covers and staining all the beautiful white couches... Luckily, because we had followed Erin’s instructions on scotch guarding everything, all the stains come out easily with a professional steam clean. When I called the shop to ask what could be done in case the damage was permanent, Erin indicated that had the stains not come out, all of my cushions were under warranty and would have been replaced at no cost! You will be hard pressed to find any company that is this committed to customer satisfaction. Hope this helps you in your search!...

During the incredibly difficult period of summer into fall during the covid pandemic of 2020, we attempted to order outdoor furniture from other companies. But we were unable to find or complete a transaction with any other companies. My wife found Willow Creek Designs and they were able to deliver on a beautiful outdoor set. We ordered our 7 piece Huntington Teak set on November 30, 2020 and received it on December 31, 2020. The set came as advertised and was even more impressive than in pictures. Receiving any type of larger purchase was no small task during the winter covid period. But Willow Creek Designs was able to make it happen. It wasn't without a few bumps however. None of which were the fault of Willow Creek. The problem lied with the New Jersey shipping company who apparently didn't have a truck tall enough to load the furniture as it was packed on the pallet. Erin and his staff followed through on every one of the email and telephone conversations we had to resolve the problem quickly. While dealing with the trucking company was extremely frustrating, Erin and his staff followed through and did what they had to do to get my furniture delivered to me. Erin even reimbursed me for a portion of the total purchase for the inconveniences caused by the shipping process. The furniture came extremely well packed. Set aside a good half day when unpacking the set from the pallet. Not a complaint at all but instead a compliment. My $4,000 dollar plus set arrived without a single scratch, ding or dent. It looked as though it arrived from a local facility instead of having been shipped cross country. I highly recommend Willow Creek Designs and will not hesitate at all to do business again...

The design and quality of this furniture exceeds sets costing 3X as much! I know because the set I wanted was from Restoration Hardware, and after searching for months for a less expensive alternative I was ready to place the order. Fortunately, I discovered Willow Creek just in time! Their designs are unique and definitely compete on the same level as RH, but the pricing is actually reasonable and they include sunbrella fabric without an upcharge. From the first time I called for some information and owner Erin picked up the phone, I knew I'd found the right company. The customer service has been truly remarkable, and we couldn't be happier with the furniture - both quality and aesthetic. Everyone who sees it can't get over how nice it is. Erin has given us great tips and advice on the furniture as well as things they don't even sell, like umbrellas. He and Nikol both have made an effort to be accessible and accommodating in a way that's rare nowadays. This is a long review, but for me this was a huge purchase and I struggled to find something I liked with a reasonable price tag, so if I can make it easier for someone else I'm happy to do it.
