Love this flower shop. Theyâve helped me with several projects in the past and all turned out nice. Today was a total fail however. I asked for hearty flowers so theyâd last a couple days since theyâll be traveling with me on a private jet. Unfortunately the arrangements they made didnât even last an hour (picked up at 3:30 and itâs now 4:15) without the flowers turning and petals falling off. I called when I noticed them wilting so quickly and they said the hearty ones didnât look as nice and seemed too heavy for the vases (even though these mini vases I provided them are incredibly sturdy and can easily hold a couple hearty flowers). They offered to switch them out. But in LA traffic it will take at least 30 min to drive back there and I wonât make it before they close. I donât know why they wouldnât just follow instructions or at least call to ask my preference since it was clearly written on the notes. I needed these arrangements for work and looked forward to WildFlora helping me check this off my to-do list but I now have another project to do at the last minute. Iâll be heading to Trader Joeâs after I finish todays work to grab some less expensive fill-ins....
Read moreThis is for the landscape design services which I would never recommend. Our project manager was switched out twice and we were not told until weeks or months of texts, voicemails, and emails went by. We had verbal agreements which were never upheld so you have to document every word of every conversation or risk being continually disappointed. The most negligent is with the Kurapia that was installed in the backyard which we paid a premium for because we were told itâs a drought resistant alternative to grass. Now nine months after installation and the entire area is dead (see picture) and Wildflora is telling us we have to water it twice daily still for it to survive. The Kurapia farmer told us his Kurapia is watered four times a year so clearly something is wrong. We have been complaining for over six months about large sections being dead and have been mostly ignored. Wildflora has a warranty on their plants which they are refusing to uphold. Shameful business and horrible...
Read moreTypically not one for reviews, but we had way too positive an experience not to tell you: WildFlora is an exceptional business for every day AND wedding arrangements!
Weâve been customers since 2020, so when the time came to find a flower vendor for our wedding, we opted to reach out to the team at WildFlora. Alex was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicativeâwe gave her our details (colors, venue, theme) and told her, âGo to town.â We took a big leap of faith on WildFlora.
So when we walked into our venue and saw what Alex and her team were buildingâŚwe were absolutely floored. WildFlora gave us exactly what weâd hoped forânot a single guest at our wedding failed to mention how beautiful the flowers were. They went above and beyond in every way!
We cannot sing their praises enough and we cannot recommend them enough for their talent, instincts and thoughtfulness during this...
