I liked my nails BUT, the lady Donna that did them filed and pinched my skin around the nails so rough and made me bleed badly. My cuticles burned for days after and she didnt even apologize when she made me bleed more than what is normal. It was very obvious that the skin she was prying at was no longer my cuticle but my actual finger. She was very rushed. If you dont have the workers or time just say you cant do it instead of rushing the nails and not doing them well. They also stopped halfway of doing my nails to attend another customer for a whole hour without letting me know beforehand. Had i known they were gonna do that i would have gone elsewhere. Overall, it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. Edit: i also forgot to mention that she oiled my BLOODY cuticles with a nail polish brush and returned it to the bottle without sanitizing it. She was a nice enough lady, but again, her work was careless and rushed. Edit: this happened in the location in Los Fresnos Tx, that is where I reside so there's no way I'm confusing it for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in, all 3 employees were all gossiping, a minute later they acknowledged me and asked me if I had an appointment. The one who did my pedicure did a decent job, I guess. Her license on the wall was expired. She filed the nails but not very well, the shellac has dots underneath on them. Like the nail dust after they file them. She put the shellac over the cuticle so you know those are going to lift pretty quickly. Overall, not satisfied at all. Oh and she kept on answering her personal phone. I understand person emergency phone calls but it wasnāt even an emergency and just donāt answer on speaker. One last thing, cleanliness should be the most important thing overall, right? So her work desk was super dusty, the towels had hairs on them, and there was a hair on the clear coat bristlesā¦.just no....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called early in the day to make an appointment at 6:00 pm. I get there about 10 minutes before 6, I sat down, and wait for someone to acknowledge me & ask about my appointment. They passed me to the pedicure area to start soaking my feet. Iām waiting and waiting & it wasnāt until 6:52 that a lady started working on my feet. She was with the client next to me the whole time before beginning her work with me. Why schedule an appointment at 6 pm if you are not going to have a tech available at that time. Waiting there was so uncomfortable, seating down for about 40 minutes. I thought about walking out but stayed just because I really needed my feet done. Lastly, the tech was harsh on filing my toe nails, it actually hurt for a few days after...
