This place was so bad it became a running joke. We ordered in March (just a modest $4,000 order). They said it was be here the first week of May at the absolute latest. April came and went. May came and went. Nothing. We called. Like 7 times. They said it was delayed. “Give it few weeks.” Okay. With Covid going on, shipping delays are entirely understandable. Zero communication? Not so much. Maybe it was a fluke… It wasn’t. We did this whole process four more times. The furniture didn’t get here until NOVEMBER. And in all that time, no one from the team initiated any communication. At all. Despite multiple assurances that they would. I get that the pandemic has been crazy for shipping, especially internationally. Stuff was out of their control. I totally get that. What I don’t get is ZERO communication. From a premium retailer. Not okay. In general, expect subpar service if your order is under $10k (per one of the associates). It’s solid, comfy furniture (even though it’s already showing signs of wear). Go to Restoration Hardware. Or Home Depot; at least they’d email you if it was...

Terra Outdoor Living furniture and products are hands down the best products. They have a customer service team that is next-level white glove service and delivery. Their products will last beyond any other company and have an excellent warranty. I highly recommend Terra Outdoor Living. Shout out to Simon Alexander for delivering fantastic customer service, explaining the entire process with delivery, and ensuring after delivery a follow-up to ensure I was happy with everything I purchased. You get what you pay for, and the products are worth the value. Additionally, the staff exceeded all my expectations....

I went in to the Los Gatos store over a weekend to look at a table and ended up buying it on the spot. The sales staff wasn’t sure it would be delivered the following week due to a holiday but they came through and it was delivered on Friday. We had an event on Saturday and received many compliments on the dining table! This was our second purchase of Terra furniture.
