I normally like shopping here to support local small businesses but when I went here to shop recently one of the staff made me so uncomfortable following me everywhere - it was a very unpleasant experience and it was so obvious. Not sure if it was the color of my skin as I was the only person of color in the store at that time but I already have some items that I was shopping for she said to keep it with her at Cashier area- so I did leave it with her. Most times staff here before are friendly and let you be but this time this lady staff just followed me every corner and looking at me making me so uncomfortable. I even had to drive almost 45 minutes to go to this place as I have shopped here lots of times before already. Not sure I’m gonna shop here again if they make me feel uncomfortable. Mind you- she was also rude while I was also paying and no smile nor thank you. Hope the owner trains her/his staff to make the customers feel comfortable also while shopping. I did buy the items I left with her earlier but after what she did- I was so uncomfortable- I stopped looking around for more stuff to buy - just paid whatever I got before she started following me and left. Today I came to purchase clothes for myself and my friend. I was rudely kicked out by the manager of the store. She loudly announced no dogs in the store, sorry! Instead of approaching me calmly and politely she made everyone stop what they were doing and look at me. I never felt that shocked and embarrassed.

Unfortunately, the gift didn't fit so I gave her the receipt. She went back to exchange the jacket or get a refund. They told her they no longer had the coat in stock. So she asked for a refund.
