Sunergos Coffee — Restaurant in Louisville

We’ve been coming to Sunergos (Woodlawn) for almost 7 years regularly. However, the last year the service and atmosphere have gone drastically downhill. Either the baristas are so talkative they take sooooo long to make a drink or they are so rude they won’t even respond to a customers greeting. I once watched a customer greet the barista only for them to blankly stare back with no response. It was just weird. The last time we were there we only asked for 2 espresso shots over ice. It took over 30 minutes and the store wasn’t even that crowded. The baked goods have also gone down in quality. The last time I paid nearly $6 for a muffin it was hard and tasted like a refrigerator. I’m sad to say this is no longer a place we want to go. I’ve considered speaking with someone about our experiences but there never appears to be anyone...

Very good Americanos. I was just in Louisville at the expo center and chose this place as my first craft coffee venture. It did not disappoint. It was even better than I expected. I loved the multiple espresso options. I ordered the standard espresso blend the first day and it was excellent! The next day I returned and tried the Goat Man espresso which was also awesome. I love Ethiopian as well as Kenyan coffee and this was a blend of both. Well done Sunergos! Great roasting and great brewing! This is coffee at its best in my opinion. The only negative was the 15 minutes or so it took the first day. Worth it though. I wasn't the only coffee...

Never heard of this place, wasn't even looking for a coffee house, was just having some meh food from the Streatery. Was walking back to the car and instead of passing by, decided to walk in with no expectations.

We were rewarded with hands down, the best lattes we had during our multi-state road trip. We had coffee in IA, IL, MO, AR, MS, AL, GA, TN, KY, and IN. This place was the standout of the entire trip from the very first sip.
