I visited the store today and it was very busy. There was a baby crying uncontrollably.There was only one lane open which was almost to the back of the store. The manager did not help. Just walked around the store. A customer standing in line, called the store number and said someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone. Finally another cashier opened her lane up. Upon approaching the register we noticed the crying baby we heard earlier was sitting in her car seat which was in a chair. The cashier was just opening the lane because she had to tend to her baby first. The store was just chaos and the manager did nothing to help. I felt bead for the cashiers, especially the one who was working while the other was consoling her baby. The manger should have helped out. Read moreThey only get 2 stars because they have the biggest selection of any Dollar Tree I've gone too and they seem to mostly keep it organized! This store clearly doesn't own a vacuum but I don't know why they couldn't use a broom they sell. This makes me wonder why they are ok, or the manager allows, this store to look so nasty. I have only been here one other time and it looked like they were rearranging the store so I overlooked it that time. They need to do better because of they would just clean the floor, clean the shelves a little more, and move the boxes this rating would have been way different, but...
Read moreMy wife and I have nicknamed this location "The Dirty Dollar Tree." It is SHOCKING how dirty the floor is at this place. I realize the food sold at DT is all packaged, but it seems like this would be some kind of health code violation.
If you're in Louisvile metro, I recommend visiting just to behold this place. It is just shocking how dirty the floors are.
To be fair, I don't think it's the emploees' fault. They probably do more than they get paid for. It's a greedy corporation that won't provide enough staffing to make the store...
