Subway — Restaurant in Louisville

This store is the reason I don't like kids now. There was a kid who was working the cash register who was asking me to pay for my food while the girl was trying to put toppings on my sandwiches. And then on top of that he didn't give me my 2 for $11 special on footlongs. 1 foot long was $7.59 and the other was $5.59 and he had the nerve to tell me that the price look like that because of tax. I said whatever and just walked out to my car. Then when I walked back in and demanded a credit, he said he wasn't going to argue with me and was on the phone with the manager trying to get me to speak on the phone with a manager which is very uncommon. In the end I let them know if $2 means that much to them, they can have it. I didn't have time nor the patience and I was not going to risk having the police called on me because this dummy can't count. Make sure you are aware of All Discounts you are to be given when dealing with this store. They've always done me well until today. And that's the problem with leaving reviews. Most times we will only leave a review when it was a negative experience. But I consider this more a cautionary tale...

There was a issue the app would not take a payment so they tried twice. It finally completed the transaction. We seen the charges on our both of our bank accounts the following day there for I called customer service they took my issue then had manager from the store call. He had me schedule a time to come up and prove what happen. Crazy I. It’s on but we did then he question my wife that she was wrong. Then finally have her the choice to get our money back or credit for It. She took the credit. She was very upset still for how he acted. So again called customer service they said would have owner call. Come to fine out he was the owner I spoke with him he denied taking to her that way. I went to the store to speak with him she explain why she felt the way so he “ started Shakign he hand at her”. I got our money back they original Took and told him he better never shake he hand at her again. pLEASe stay away or hope u don’t need a problem fixed maybe the next time someone will take it further...

On August 26, 2012 at 12:51 pm I visited this location. While my sandwich was being made, I noticed a girl behind the counter with a flyswat hiting something on the floor. She made several hits while saying I am going to get them all. Another girl said leave it alone. She then stood up straight and took the flyswat and killed a fly on the front of the toaster oven. While doing this she had flipped the swatter over my sandwich on the counter including all the open sandwich items. I could see what looked like dead fly parts on the swatter. I asked what is she killing and they said flies. I keep your sandwiches and left the store. I will never go back. And about the girls being rude, the manager/owner only hires certain types.
