Well this particular visit O'Reilly's was unlike most their enjoyable this one was not so much and you are both somewhat of a disappointment I dropped off a 12-volt car battery to be charged and tested and to my surprise when I return to pick it up I was told that it was tested out fine I took it home plugged it up to the system in which I normally plug it up to and it was dead as a door now can you tell me a battery that is charged and tested should be producing 12 amps and then some but this particular time this one was only producing 5.6 so apparently they did not charge it nor test it simply fudge the ticket and handed it back over not good O'Reilly's but I forgive you I'll be...

Edi and chaz were amazing! I have never had someone explain things so thoroughly and research to tell me whats going on with my car , they went above and beyond to help me , they checked my engine light , checked my battery , alternator and starter and even changed my battery for me in 90 degree weather ! Edi told me more about the car than the mechanic ever has and took his time didnt rush me out the door like everyone else usually does. I would not buy from them I gave them a second chance and bought a alternator and it had grease on it an some one done return it it was bad. Then they got another one and it was bad to. This is the second time in three years this happened. Then the guy Scott that I guess is a boss talk to you like ur stupid. He needs to be fired. He is very disrespectful to customer and his workers. Just getting bad parts cost me a lot more money out of my pockets and they act like it’s no big deal when they sale u bad parts. I will never do business...
