The employee didn't acknowledge me at the speaker for several minutes. I wasn't sure that they was open at first. When the employee got to the speaker, I was greeted with "go ahead with your order". After each item she asked " is that all" . I spent over $20. I would have spent more, but she seemed agravated to serve me. I did not receive a thank you. There was 2 cars in front of me and no one behind me until I reached the window. My orders of 20 and 6 chicken rings along with my onion rings were cold. One of my boyfriend's cheeseburgers was smashed into the box. I recieved 2 BBQ packs for a total of 26 chicken rings. What has happened to the Whitecastle motto? I have been getting this same kind of service at all the Whitecastles I visit in the Louisville area. This is sad. I'm not even mad about it. I will most likely stop going to Whitecastle completely. And with the restaurant about to celebrate 100 years open soon, I don't see how it will make it past that by even a year if something isn't done.
