Pic Pac Southside Drive — Local services in Louisville

My experience here is normally good, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. I know they do faxing, I've done it there before a few times. It's hard to find a place nearby that faxes. The woman that's usually behind the service desk took the papers from me. She took a look over of what I was sending, asked if I needed the backs too. When I told her yes, she handed it back to me and literally said "I don't have time for this right now". I'm sorry, isn't helping the customers the whole reason you're there? You denied me a service you offer because YOU don't have time for it? You couldn't tell me, sure, but let me do X, Y, and Z first? I'm done shopping there. Because that kind of customer service is unacceptable. At least the way she handled it. Sorry to inconvenience you while you're at a job that's interacting with...

My mother who recently passed away been going to that Pic Pac for as long as I can remember. It is a really good place and the workers are cool. Everytime I go in there mostly to purchase ground chuck I always get greeted well. The ladies that work the checkouts are nice and friendly and the guy's who mostly stock shelves and clean are always keeping busy. I was up there on day and one of the guy employees was out in the front mowing the lawn trying to keep the outside looking nice. As far as the inside it is always kept up good as far as I can see. I know it's an older store and my dad told me has been there since the 1970's. Anyone who is unhappy with this Pic Pac location is just and unhappy...

This Pic Pac..brings back memories of the ol' Key Market on Woodlawn Ave. My mom and I went there almost everyday when I was young. The feel of family and a real feel of putting meals together and essentials. Unlike the bigger chains...that seem so cut & dry. And Pic Pac meat is better in my opinion. The store is small enough that one is not out of energy after shopping...The employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are good and some are FANTASTIC...Banana Wednesday! Very cheap w/ purchase of $10. They have deals and specials...always! A Deli here and you can have a mean sandwich made reasonably priced! Wheelchair access. And plenty parking...and help to one's car if needed..That is...
