Exclusive Lowell Recreational Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in Lowell

I bought a two gram cart for $40, only had it a few days and it started leaking alot, there was still over a gram and a half in it. But the rest was all over my battery which I have to clean. When taking it back to their store they told me they could only give me a full refund if I had the packaging.... that made me question their return poilicy, as other dispensaries have given a full refund with out needing anything. Seems like they made that rule knowing no one would keep the empty packaging of a controlled substance in their car. Seems to be on purpose so they don't have to give a full refund. I had to pay $20 just to get a not damaged product. On top of buying it originally for $40, so they made an extra $20 and I got nothing in return. So only a half refund. Not cool if you take care of your customers they will come back, you are not taking care of your customers! even rair could do better than this. I will not be giving this company my money until they correct their return policy. They just missed out on a reliable $40 every week. Not a smart move for such a risky market. Updated Review 8/23 EVERY single person that works in the shop is always so helpful. He didn't knock so loud to wake the dead or my angry chihuahua, which we all appreciated today🤣😉Then, when I got to the door, he recognized me from the few times I have been at the shop. He's polite, and I honestly appreciated not having to go to the shop and back without AC today. He was also very appreciative of the tip I gave him. I recommend this place to lots of people.
