Local but that's about it, all the phones were fair condition at best lots of dings and scratches, all poor battery life 80-88% at best (88% is good 80% pretty bad and price should reflect that like online prices), many had replaced screens non working fingerprint scanners or non functional front in screen cameras meaning they bought cracked phones for cheap, replaced them with crappy poor touch screens not OEM and had no clue how to get the screens paired with the hardware correctly. Risking those phones to be inoperable in the future very likely after purchase anyway. Problem is they are selling them for full or higher price than even the fully functioning ones with oem screens done correctly to people who may not know better and probably bought these phones on the cheap. Online the phone resellers would loose their business doing. Someone could buy them and the phone could be permanently locked by Apple because of this as now apple will see it has been changed to a new owner and phone provider which risks apple to shut it down if previous owner did not transfer the ownership to new owner correctly and if they did good deeds would have been able to replace the screen correctly. in the future and new owner could be entirely disabled from the phone. Get them fixed and unlocked by Apple or don't sell them without warning people or price them severely cheap enough to make the risk worth it easily 200 max probably should not be sold at all as for those phones they are likely stolen phones and good deeds is reselling then naively.

Half the phones were clean imei but not clean esn meaning you can buy them but still need to pay off the previous subscribers bill, meaning they are not blacklisted but still have outstanding debt before using them. Only half were clean imei and esn. At least they were clearly marked but it looked like heavily used phones primarily and not all fully originally functional and they sell them at least 80-90 bucks above online prices for used phones I good or better condition consistently. Some were 120 over normal asking. You can consistently do better on swappa, cheaper and better deals. I walked out getting an iPhone 14 for cheaper (400 in better condition) and better deal than their iPhone 12 pro max or iPhone 13 prices and better quality. I am not impressed, they can be more competitive and while transparent they need to be smarter on what they sell no one should care about good deeds warranty or promise if they are selling poorly fixed phones not fully functional or phones without clean esn's also. Main benefit is they are local and they are transparent when it is not a clean esn it accurately does not list clean esn on phone it seems, but only when you ask to look at phones back stickie and know what to look for. They do not show phone details, imei and clean esn on phone while looking at them through the glass windows. I have a feeling if they are selling these not all customers know what they are getting. So it's good and local but not competitive or fair...

this pawn shop is the worst!!!!!!! here’s what’s going on my sister Nicole is mentally challenged!! this pawnshop continuously ripped my sister off continuously took advantage of her! She went there with an iPhone (brand new) and a brand new Apple Watch so right there that’s about $1400. I’m not sure about the exact penny. do you know what they gave her $80!!!!!!! when my sister understood that she totally messed up selling something she had no right selling which she doesn’t understand this that she could be legally get in trouble for what she did. The pawnshop still bought it and gave her $80!!!!! when she asked for the phone and the watch back they told her it would cost $500. They’ve already sold the watch but try to convince her they can sell her another watch I have called the pawnshop and explain to them what they have done and how much of a black heart these people have!!!! how do these people sleep at night seriously!! do not work with these people they are there to make money they don’t care how you feel or who you are when I’m done writing this review I am also contacting the Lowell police and I’m filing a complaint against this pawnshop! (edit) I also need to add - this is NOT the first time they have done this to her and my sister doesn't understand money they knowingly ripped her off so many times she said she would go there to sell things to get money to eat!

EDIT TO ADD because there is no reply below to reply back to the owner below they claim they have offered amicable solutions NOT TRUE this phone call was to the store in Lowell and the man on the phone refused to give back the phone for the price she got that was 80.00 NOW they say they will sell her back the phone for 200 not true they told her 500 im doing this in defense for my younger sister that lives in Lowell she is not able to defend her self! I have NEVER threatened the person who posted the reply below have never spoken with them only in emails TODAY because I emailed them. the one time I called was the Lowell store today asking them to give back her phone for the money she paid fair is fair besides you claim her phone was garbage and used for parts then it really isn't worth 200 is it if you gave her 80 how much money did your store make selling her apple watch? this lady posted below is in new hampshire not lowell she stepped in to defend the poor judgment made by the lowell store. she also told me that they get all kinds of crazy phone calls and this is why at her store in New Hampshire. Had a lovely experience coming to goodeeds was attended by Alex and he was very reasonable and reassuring with my items that I wanted to sell, really broke down any questions I had and clarified it all. Came in just alittle after just opening if your planning to bring more than one item do so right at opening time during our service just 10 mins in 5 customers came in for multiple different services which Brado was great with as well!! and more after my service was completed both Alex and Bardo are great workers I hope I got the other gentlemen’s name right. But overall great place to sell too and get gently used items as well...
