Nice place to chill..I always walk by...But it's up to the lowell mayor to get things done..And not only that solve some other problems on lord mayor 321 pawtucket street..We need a light but the other parties like grid and the other on middle sex street got to get on the ball and fix that light..He has the last word..Lowell is not bad as before ..I Graduated in 1987 from lowell high..Where lots of things were not to good..Especially much corruption in the police force...All of them mostly retired or got sued ...they love setting people up..At that time no Department of Children and family cared..They are kind of corrupted too..I have a degree most in Human services..Also Colleges are Corrupted to..Wont say but it's not from lowell ..They lie and take your grant .And then its impossible to find a job in what you studied..The mayor can ask and move the middle sex shelter to a bigger location..or use the old court system on Hurt street..There is plenty of room for addicts and acholics..They are human too..and need lots of support..Maybe a place ..I know they have a place to chill in doqntown..its a cafe..But not enough room..Too much help is needed I blame the goverment ..one drug after another is not solving the problem..The as counselors should get to the problem not add to it..Clean and fallow up on them..A lot needs to be done in the city of lowell..But one thing we know everything with Jesus Christ the son of God is possible if you...
