Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lowell

I came into the shop earlier tonight only 10 minutes before they closed but, despite the time, the two workers there, Ramese and Deion, told me not to worry and order anything I want. To my delight, they already had the items I wanted made and just freshly out of the oven; cheese pizza, bread sticks and wings. It's so rare these days for a take-out restaurant to even agree to take your order within 10 minutes of closing. Not only were they willing to do it, but they did so with such a pleasant and accommodating attitude, which is even more rare these days. I only went there in the first place because another shop had closed early without any notice on their website or the premises. Hi just to let you know or check up on 1 of your little Ceasars enterprise. We did a pickup order at 430 Bridge st lowell ma 01854. The service is rude to customer and having pick up order people wait for atleast an hour. My husband was picking up the order for me. I place an order around 7 20pm and didn't get the order until 8 13pm. My husband told me that their was atleast 10 people waiting there. A customer even told the employer that they been there for an hour and her respond was okay wait. After getting my pizza home which was not even 10 min drive it was alil cold warm like my 2 year old can eat it right away.He said even he saw a bunch of pizza just sitting there in the back and the employee was just talking to eachother. Even heard them talk about calling their uncle.I hope they work better to serve and treat customer better in the future at that...

Every time I go to this location I end up waiting for 20+ minutes. I do DoorDash deliveries so the orders come in electronically and typically should be ready to go by the time I get there. Over the last 2 weeks, I have been to this location several times for orders and have had to wait for an extensive period of time every time. But this last time was just absurd. I waited for 40 (yes, FORTY) minutes for a single cheese pizza. I watched as 4 other people came in after me, placed their orders, received them and left within the time I was waiting. It's ran by a bunch of young kids who stand around talking and completely ignore their customers. No greeting, no manners whatsoever, just horrible service overall. Honestly, they don't even deserve the one star they are getting for me to write...
