Cathay Wok — Restaurant in Lowell

Just called for delivery of 2 dinners,, they sent one wrong dinner sent D, we called back they blamed us saying we ordered D not B she sad it was our falt. We order there quite often so she said they will send out a B, when the meal came the delivery person said they wanted the mistake back, I was shocked saying isn't that against the health laws, she said people scam them like that, REALLY? WE REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK SHOWING THE DRIVER IT WAS WRONG AND NOT EATEN. now we will not order there agian, Do they just take it back and send it out to the next order? Don't know, don't want to think that may be the case but ???? Can't understand even if they throw it out why not look that it's not touched, and the wrong meal and let the customer keep it the computer would say if the address Is a problem customer, Anyway with a practice like that we will not be eating there agian. Healthy...

Used to be a great place for Chinese food. We always ordered there. The last 2 times... 2 thumbs down! In fact last night will be the LAST time we order from them. Both of us felt the food tasted "off". The crab Rangoon weren't cooked on the outside and cold on the inside. The Wonton soup w pork strips had pork from old ribs instead of pork strip and the wontons were so mushy they make you gag. We both had upset stomachs after only trying a few bites of each dish. We really should have returned it... $60 bux for a few appetizers and a shrimp lo mein... But the last time we complained that there was a problem...they just argued with us. So.. that's 2 strikes...its easier to just drop them from the list... There's always Wah Sang or Golden...

WORSE MENU VERY CONFUSING AND MADE TO COST YOU MORE MONEY!!! Delivery too EXPENSIVE! Too Expensive for what you get NOT WORTH IT! First time food was Great! Have ordered 3 times since and utterly inconsistent! Beware of what your being charged also! Just ordered 1 combo plate at 13.95 and 1 order egg foo 10.95 young - total 34.50 ???? WTH ! There’s one woman who loves to overcharge and pays NO Attention to the prices on Menu she may be an owner.? Best and only time you should try it is over the weekend when other help is working due to being busy and also because the oil is fresh n clean on...
