Based on my experience, bad customer service, expensive rates, and poor quality of work. I was treated very rudely here. They have no customer service skills and don’t seem to really care about obtaining your business. I took my new truck in for some audio work. The advisor became very unpleasant with me to the point I almost left, but I decided to let them do the work. The quality of the work seemed very good at first but then I discovered that one of my rear doors would not open after having the new speakers installed. Once I notified them of the issue they did offer to fix it. I wanted them to do some follow up work when I returned for them to fix the broken door. I agreed to let them provide the main component(amp) for the install, but once I told the advisor that I would be providing some minor accessories (wiring kit) for the install he refused the work and told me they would not do the install. He said he wouldn’t do labor alone which was $100 per hour for the first install. No problem as I just took my business somewhere else. As for the broken door, I took my truck to the dealership since I really did not want to deal with this place anymore. It costed me $155 to fix it, but I will never have to...

Team Starwood did an awesome job with my mods for my Raptor. Under the hood AFE cold air intake, throttle response is so much better. The hooked me up some bronze Icon 17” wheels, ADD stealth fighter bumper with frame reinforcement bracket and active cruise control relocation bracket. They installed some AlphaRex headlights,4 rigid SAE pods, 10” rigid lights, and relocated my pathfinder fogs. They wired headlights to a relay to keep amber DRL effect, first one they’ve done like that and they knocked it our of the park. On the rear bumper they flush mounted rigid backup lights with red backlight. All the lights were professional wired to trucks up fitter switches. Lastly eibach pro lift kit installed to level the truck making it feel planted, no more nose dip on turns. On top of all that they dropped off my truck at my house when they were done. Hello everyone, If you are looking for a place to lift your truck please think twice before going to this place. My experience with them is not what I was expecting, I took my truck to install a new set of tires and a lift kit, when you pay over 5k you are expecting a good job in return but this wasn’t my case. They told me that my truck will need some trimming because the size of mi tires and I was ok with that, but when I picked the truck up, the tires were rubbing, and I told them and I took it, they “fix it” and the problem continue. Yesterday was the third time taking my truck back to get it fixed, I picked it up and I ask them if this time was fixed, they told me yes and what you guys think happened? Exactly, the tire still rubbing. If you don’t want to take your truck at least 3 or 4 times back to them after they “finished” the job, please go to another place.
