Yesterday (07/19/2025), our son wanted to get snow cones. Since he’d been good, we thought we’d treat him. We stopped at this location and walked up to the stand, it was just my wife, my son, and myself at first. Before we could even take a second to look at the menu and see what flavors or combinations they offered, the lady rudely yelled out, “Sizes?” Since it was our first time here, we weren’t sure yet, we just wanted a moment to decide. About 3–5 minutes later, once we were ready to order, three other women showed up. Instead of taking our order first, the lady shouted over us to ask the new group for their sizes, and since they knew they all wanted larges (even though they didn’t know their flavors yet), she skipped us and started making their order first. Even the women behind us looked surprised, because they knew we were there first. The lady running this stand was incredibly rude and dismissive. She literally had our son tearing up when we left, because he thought we weren’t going to get snow cones at all. I hope she’s happy with her actions and the terrible customer service she provides at this establishment. Looking at the other bad reviews, it’s obvious they actually don't care about giving customers a good experience. I absolutely would NOT recommend spending your money here. Go to Sissy’s Snowcones in Fayetteville instead! They took care of us, were kind and helpful, and their prices were even better. That’s where we’ll be going from now on. But if you do decide to try this place, fair warning: do NOT walk up without knowing exactly what size you want, or you’ll be skipped and ignored like you don’t...
Read moreThe woman made my snowcone with watermelon instead of honeydew Melon and refused to fix it.
It does not matter if the snow cone was "free" or not. As 9 snow cones were paid for to receive the "free" snow cone. That is not how a business should operate. You were made aware of the problem and you dismissed him. If you are told that there was a problem, you should have fixed it considering these are the people paying for your living. I don't know about your other accusations. You will not receive any of our business anymore. He did have the correct amount of money to purchase the snow cone that we wanted the free one to be. $3.50 for a small snow cone plus .50 cents for cream. He gave you $4. You wanted $4.50 and he pointed out your listed prices and then told him "whatever". You were extremely rude. And it further shows that in your response .
As a family owned small business, do better. You were rude in the past during other visits as well and we dismissed it. Your greed over your little free snow cone was disgusting. As well as your watermelon flavor. If it were my business, I would have made the customer happy. But it's not mine, it's yours. And you didn't make the customer happy. So said customers simply will not be back to support...
Read moreThe texture is definitely different than other snow cones. The ice is so light and finely shaved that it turns almost creamy in your mouth. Not necessarily my thing because I prefer the grainy icy texture, but that's strictly my preference so I gave five stars. They didn't go too heavy on syrup but the flavor is still there which is nice and the person that helped me was super kind and cheery. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an interesting textural experience!!
EDIT: The spoons change color which made my inner child...
