Management is a joke!!!! Travis and Sarah are very disrespectful to the tenants. I truly can't understand how they have managed to keep their job because it is clear to everyone that has dealt with them that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR MANAGEMENT SKILLS!!!! I am sure that their numbers look good as far as having all apartments rented but in my opinion that is due to location! Certainly not anything that they are doing to bring in tenants! The apartments are in very poor condition DUE TO management not doing the proper upkeep and repairs needed! Appliances are dinosaurs and work very poorly! Maintenance request falls on deaf ears! Not sure if that's because manager's are not doing their job or if the one maintenance guy they have has fallen asleep on his golf cart! Pest control is the biggest joke ever! Looks like the guy uses a turkey baster and sprays air by your stove. Grounds keeper does a great job! I think he is the only one that actually works! Pro shop guy(Bill) does a great job! He is the only one that is actually accurate on the price's posted to play golf! The guy's that use to work in pro shop pulled numbers out of their butt's. I was charged a different price every time I went! My personal opinion is that Lindsey management needs to cut their losses with the disrespectful , rude deadbeat managers they have now and hire some that has the ability , knowledge and customer service ability to do the job that they are getting paid to do and that the tenants of The Links at Lowell...

I have never had a problem with them working on stuff in my apartment. But that being said I guess I have never really complained.
My dryer hasn't been drying my clothes what so ever. Running the dryer three times with the same load and clothes still come out wet. I have put in multiple maintenance requests and each time they said it was fixed then I got home to do laundry only to find it wasn't fixed yet. Finally I get them to replace my dryer.
I come home and the new dryer is sitting in my living room while the old one is still in place. I emailed the manager asking her about a game plan and she said she would be in personally that day to install it. And she followed with many other emails with what seemed to be a sincere apology.
I came home that same night to my dryer STILL sitting in my living room.
Also two of the times people came into my apartment, they didn't leave a note anywhere saying they had been in there. Which they are required to do.
Do not rent here. I cannot wait till my lease is up and I can get out of this crap hole. Rent is way too high here for what you...

Also made a complaint floor venil change due to water leak at kitchen sink. They asked me to pay for it. worst broken roads in apt community...made a couple of complaints with group of people who live in same community with all tenant’s signatures 6 months ago. no response.
