Charlie is a class act and his staff are always helpful. Last year I purchased a parasound 2250v2 which I hated when I put it in my system, they took it back without any grief; I purchased a Rotel rb1590 which had a ground fault which they took back, no questions asked. This year I purchased a denon 3800 which didn’t work for me and ended up with a Marantz cinema 50 which serves my needs perfectly. My point is that although Stereo Barn deals in mid to very high end equipment and service they never treated me less than a client spending much more (entry level McIntosh being double what I paid). I’ve purchased a lot of stereo and home theater equipment in my life from a lot of different dealers and going to Stereo Barn has to be the best experience so far. I went in to purchase a used McIntosh amp and Joey went out of his to accommodate me in connecting it to their demo speakers so I could ensure I was happy with the amp. I was concerned with freshly painted walls what would happen with hanging a large TV above a fireplace. Our goal was to not have any ugly wires or boxes showing. The technicians at stereo barn were knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction with two choices. Not only were they able to accomplish what we asked, they showed up on time, got right to work and left the area perfectly clean. Also, I really appreciated Meredith.
