Well Iāll tell you this much Iām only writing the review on the customer service, their inventory is a whole other ball game. Now I called this Nordstrom rack on Tuesday night and asked a lady if they had AVAILIBE a line of bags around a price range.... she said oh yes HALF A DOZEN in my range and MUCH MORE JUST OVER!!! if my math serves me correct thatās 6 MATCHES?Could be wrong BUT I get there the next morning and there is only THREE bags PERIOD none in my price range and not in the colors..... to add insult to injury the kind lady who helped me said (in this line we donāt get a lot we never have that many bags for this designer).... so long story short I drove south a hour for nothing based on lies now since Iām already their I had to buy a bag over 100 $ more then i wanted to spend in a color I DIDNT WANT and style I DIDNT LIKE!!!! I bet they are gunna make the person who got me in their the new store manager. I was hoodwinked, however the ladyās in the store helped me when asked due to the fact that the ONE item locked up like a bike was the item I needed. Good grief

It's fine that they were customer returns, but the store left the customer names and original address labels on the boxes. I think that is really irresponsible to leave that kind of sensitive, personally identifying information for anyone to grab and who knows what with. I've seen similar online to store returns at Target, Home Depot, Macy's and Lowes to name a few and customer address lables were clearly cut out, peeled off or redacted in some way. Leaving customer info like that vulnerable is a terrible practice for a big box store. My experience doing was mediocre. They wanted $149 for a pair of shoes I found in the outlets for $70. At first I was really excited when I headed that the Lehigh Valley Area was getting a Nordstroms Rack and that I wouldn't have to travel down to the Philadelphia area for one. This location is nothing like other Nordstrom Rack locations that I've been to previously. I've been here 5 or 6 times since they've been open and have seen very little product movement or product change during that time. During each visit I've always left being very disappointed overall. If merchandise is not moving enough prices need to be adjusted accordingly to ensure merchandise does move. I don't enjoy seeing the same 5 pairs of shoes for the same prices during my visits that are often months apart. Until things change at this location I'd rather spend another hour in the car and drive down towards Philadelphia for a different...
