Hamilton Crossings — Local services in Lower Macungie Township

Love Costco in general... but Very bad experience with the Tire department of this Macungie location. Recently went there for a flat repair.. They had to order a replacement for me because of road hazard... It's been more than a week... I have called a few times and even went in person to check.. My tire has still not arrived... And no one is doing anything about it. No one cares... To start with, I had a flat tire, and I have and spare on my car... How long one can drive with that? I had to take rental car to go to work and it cost me couple of hundreds for the rental cars.. With that money I could have just bought a new tire from some other place... I ordered on a Friday and today is 8 days later.. This kind of things sinks a good place... Really...

Went to Costco for the first time. The store is incredible. Absolutely spotless clean, people are very polite and friendly, well lit, and awesome selection of food. I am SERIOUSLY considering not renewing my BJS membership and taking one at this store. The fresh foods selection and quality is also outstanding. I told my husband it's a combination of Home Depot and what we find at BJ's but much better selection and quality. They sell kitchen appliances, bathroom and laundry appliances, and they even have a car financing area. I am just WOWED by this store. Plus unlike many other stores like Sam's Club, Walmart, ETC they treat their employees extremely well and they are CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS SO THEIR STAFF CAN BE HOME WITH FAMILY!!!!! ...

Hamilton Crossings is a newer big box shopping Mecca with the usual mix of retail and food outlets. Target, Costco and Whole Foods are the highlights. Nothing outstanding about this place setting it apart from the many other shopping and eating venues in the area. I give it four stars because it will deliver what you want for your shopping or dining needs and I can’t ask for more than that. On the negative side, the center is bisected by Krocks Road, so if you are in Target and want to head to Whole Foods, you must get back in your car and drive across Krocks to access Whole Foods. It has also created a lot of unwanted traffic...
