Taking the time to leave a review is something I don’t take lightly. For me, it’s a meaningful way to offer sincere feedback, recognize excellence, and contribute to the continued success and growth of a business — especially one as deserving as this.
I’ve been a proud customer of this establishment for quite some time, and I felt compelled to share just how special it truly is. Like any great home, it’s not just the walls or décor that make it what it is — it’s the people inside. And in this case, those people are the heartbeat of something remarkable.
In the food and beverage industry, where competition is fierce and expectations are high, this business sets itself apart in the best way possible. They understand that when people dine out, they’re not just purchasing a meal — they’re investing in an experience. And every single member of this team shows up with the respect, energy, and professionalism that remind you what hospitality should look and feel like.
This is a family-run operation that simply gets it. From the warm, welcoming service to the efficient flow of even the busiest shifts, it’s clear there’s a culture of ownership, accountability, and pride woven into every detail. They hire people who reflect those values, and it shows.
Now let’s talk about the food — because after all, that’s what brings us here. One word: OUTSTANDING. Their commitment to quality is unwavering. While many in the industry cut corners or downgrade ingredients to chase margins, this team never compromises. Every bite reflects integrity and a real passion for excellence.
Cleanliness? Impeccable. Pricing? More than fair — in fact, I’d argue they could charge more for what they deliver. And if you're a breakfast or bagel enthusiast? You’re simply doing yourself a disservice by not making this your go-to spot.
Locally, there’s just no comparison. In the categories that matter — food, service, quality, and care — they lead. This is a business built on a foundation of hard work, heart, and the timeless belief that customers deserve the very best.
I absolutely LOVE what the NJB team is doing. Good people. Great food. Incredible culture. And most of all, a deep love for their craft and the people they serve. It’s a simple but powerful recipe: take pride in your work, honor your customers, and deliver a product you believe in.
To the entire team — thank you. Keep doing what you’re doing. You’ve earned every bit of success coming your way, and I’ll be cheering you on every...
Read moreThis review is long over due as I've eaten here over 2 dozen times since they've opened. I've lost count honestly.
tl;dr This is a great breakfast place to order from and rarely deviate from here if I want breakfast food. Also, order corn nuggets.
I work from home so ordering to-go on my breaks has been a great pleasure, as I only get a few minutes to go and grab it. We mostly get breakfast food and it all keeps very well. They know how to properly package food so that the food remains the appropriate temperatures and textures (such as a hashbrown staying crispy after take out).
I mostly stick with everything bagels because they're my favorite, but something I've noticed with this place is they put a good amount of everything seasoning on top, but there's a lot of focus on the bottom of the bagel. This matters because when you hold a sandwich upright, your tongue will come in contact with the majority of the seasoning. This attention to detail is ever present in anything you order. The wraps have an even distribution of filling, all the ingredients are fresh, and have a myriad of choices that I can't imagine someone having a hard time finding something they will like. They also have a plethora different drinks from coffee, to juice, to sodas.
Overall: High quality, very flexible, friendly, fair prices, lots of choices,...
Read moreI’ve been there twice . First time the lady behind the counter was less than friendly. The bagel was ok nothing memorable. Ran in yesterday morning and the same lady helped me. She muttered “what can I get you” … I asked if they have hot chocolate and she hands me a packet and says “water is over there” like in a snotty way. I handed the packet back as I’m not going to pay $$$ for a packet of Swiss miss. She then hands me my bagels and walks away. It was just such an awkward transaction. While waiting for my bagels it was eye opening that both the TV and the radio were blaring at top volume.. I guess the icing in the cake was when I got to work and pulled the first bagel out of the bag the lady cut through the paper when slicing the bagel and ALL the everything seasoning flew out the bottom all over my chair, floor and desk leaving me with a plain bagel with the tiniest bit of cream cheese. Then I tried to take my coworker bagel out and the paper was not secure and HIS seasoning fell all over the floor too… I know these are all just minor things and there are way bigger problems in the world but it was not a fun way to...
