Horrible horrible horrible. I called store evening before we were going to check that they had the phones in stock. The guy could care less about giving me any information. Went in the next day and was rudely “greeted” by a snotty girl. I was obviously interrupting her lounge around time as she was literally laying on a couch as I walked in. She muttered “what phone do you want” as she glared into the computer. I wasn’t sure since the previous guy was less than helpful. She reluctantly went over the options. As I decided she said “you aren’t transferring the phones here are you. It takes along time and I’m closing at 7….” It was 5:10 was confusing that it’d potentially take 2 hours to transfer. While she murmured about the phones she mentioned a deal on wireless home internet which I agreed to sign up for. It didn’t come up again. She sat staring at her own phone while transferring our phones and ignoring us. I asked how we sign up for the wireless home service and she said “oh are you really going to sign up for that “ then continued staring at her phone ignoring us. She murmured “this phone is transferring it has 16 minutes left you can just leave” Ok so we thought we were done dealing with this and were bummed that our fun getting phones turned out to be so stressful. We got home and found that the girl swapped my and my daughter phones and phone number . Very frustrating. Called Att and they said there was nothing they could do to help. Called the store the next day and a different girl said she would call me to tell me if they could fix it in the store. No call … went into the store and the same snotty girl was there. She was horrible and made no attempt to understand why I’d be so upset. She just said “I did everything I can for you” Seriously as if I AM at fault for her messing up. I’m just disgusted how poorly the entire...
Read moreI went to this store today 2/11/25 at 4:30pm to purchase a new I-phone 15 for my son. I am on FirstNet and the rest of my family is on a separate account. After looking up the account in question I was told I am not authorized to make any changes to this account. I showed them a screen shot of my name under my son's phone number on our account statement. The associate told me they would have to scan my wife's driver license to proceed. Unfortunately, my wife was 40 minutes away. I left the store very frustrated telling them I was going to switch to another provider. I proceeded to call AT&T @ 611, after 38 minutes on the phone with AT&T they assured me, my name is on the account, and we could go into the store and pickup my son's new I-phone 15 without any issues. After going back in the store again I was told any changes would take 48 hours and I am not on the account. I called 611 again, explained the entire situation and I was told I am absolutely on the account. My son and I proceeded to a second store, and we were told they are out of I-phone 15's due to the current promotion. We proceeded to a 3rd store where we were told that I am indeed on the account, and we purchased the new I-phone. I am very disappointed how we were treated at the Krock's Road store, and the fact that there is no resource available such as a manager to resolve issues like this. Unfortunately, I will not return to or recommend this store to anyone. In the past the staff at this store were very professional and knowledgeable. I will follow up with an email...
Read moreMy husband was having phone issues and he spoke with a couple of AT&T reps to figure out his issue. In addition he asked about phones and deals and was told in order to upgrade to next model his remaining payoff would be $99 and some change and my phone would be $74 and some change. We visited your store Wednesday 3/24 and a sales associate named Francisco verified the same info that was given to my husband over the phone. The phone my husband had wanted wasn’t in stock and we were told that they were getting a shipment in that Friday that we could come back. We came back that Friday and a woman whom I don’t remember her name tried telling us that my husband’s and my payout would be $200 some dollars and change. Francisco was there as well but he went into the back for some unknown reason. We explained to the woman what Francisco told us and what the the reps on the phone told us and I even brought up the amounts on my phone and showed her and she was just denying this information and took our issue to the back where Francisco was and he confirmed her amounts. We were unhappy with the responses and lack of help and visited the Millcreek Road store where an associate named AJ helped us. Needless to say and long story short the original deal from the very beginning was confirmed to us and we bought new phones and plan from there. Very, very disappointed, dissatisfied and humiliation we felt from AT&T at Hamilton Crossings. Will never do business there again. We almost...
