I’m very disappointed with this boutique experience. I saw this coat I wanted on the sales rack, I told the girl to hold it I was going to get it. She called me at 11:11 I called her at 1o’clock and she sold it it. Was probably an inside sale. Very disappointed with the service here. I had to put one star to put this review but was just not cool. You tell somebody you’re going to do something ,you do it . ZERO stars...

Terrible customer service from the lady with the leather (?) hat. She was visibly annoyed with me when a small display with 2 pairs of earrings fell sideways, on the very crouded shelve (not on the floor), when I tried to look at them. Combining that experience with the outrageous prices sealed the deal. I will NOT be back, nor do I recommend this...
