The Point Shopping Center — Local services in Lower Paxton Township

Fairly active shopping center. Multiple stores. The main stores I visit are the grocery store Giant and the pizza buffet Infinito's.

Not being from the area I don't get a chance to take a look at the other stores too much. My family is living in the area so I only come here a few times a year.

I will however point out that the parking lot is crazy. Way too open for the next person driving next to you. What I mean is that people speed and don't pay attention to the lines or lanes here. I've seen too many accidents and close calls and I'm definitely not here as much as those who live in the area. I can't imagine what that must be like. Big plus you have plenty of spots to pick from. Just not as many handicap parking spots as I think...

Good professional atmosphere. Things are well organized and displayed nicely with clear price labels. Staff is very knowledgable if you have questions and the printing/copying section is very easy to navigate and use. Prices for copies, prints, cards, invitations, etc are very fair and not as high as I've seen. All the products I've bought there (including my favorite contigo water bottles) have worked great, been reliable, and lasted for a very ling time. They professionally organizers and planners are also one of ny favorite things about the store; they even sell coffe, coffee machines, and supplies. Not happy, I was given the wrong order. I made it home before I discovered the mistake. I drove back to the store and told them, at first they made me feel like it was my mistake, until I told them it was curb side pickup. They couldn't find my order, I found it on the "to go" table. I paid a 20% tip for bad service, there was no offer for any remidy other than a kind of question/statement "You have the right order now". While I admit, I could have checked the order before I left the store, but the bottom line is they are disorganized and when bad service is given it seems that...
