I have been a loyal customer to this restaurant for years and have built a relationship with some of the workers. Generally I will order through slice and pick up because I have had bad experience with delivery. Well today I ordered 5 items for delivery through slice due to working and my husband going straight to work after me. When the food arrived we were missing my husbands sub in which I called the restaurant myself to have the issue corrected and advised I will pick up the missing item when I got off of work although it was not in my plans to go anywhere. When I arrived I had my camera footage pulled up to show proof that there were only 4 items handed to my husband at the door at that point i was then victimized and the manager on duty made it seem like I was lying. As a loyal customer I felt very assaulted. For one why on earth would I pay for delivery and give a tip if I was going to "steal" and have to waste gas to go pick up something. The manager gave more attitude and said next time he will take a picture of the items when giving to the driver. At this point as much as I love the food I feel as though you may have lost a long time loyal customer by the way I was mistreated. I did not blame the restaurant in any way for the missing item but I do have the right to have it replaced for the inconvenience and because I paid for something that was not received. Read moreI placed an order online yesterday from what I assumed was directly from their website. After the fact, I find out it’s a third party they use for online orders... getting to the point, this place apparently transmitted the WRONG items I ordered over to Moez. Once I realized I didn’t receive the items I ordered, I contacted the shop and spoke to whom I believe is the owners wife. I explained everything to her and she pretty much told me that they were given the order from their third party and that she would have to discuss the issue with the “owner” and she would contact me in the morning to see how he wanted to handle it. As expected, I never received a call back. My family, colleagues and employees have supported this business since they opened their doors. So if that 28.00 order was worth them not attempting to make it right and lose dedicated customers, then they never deserved our business from the start. Truly never expected this from this place. Read moreIf you find yourself in Harrisburg and don't visit the super folks at Moez Pizza then shame on you lol. What a GREAT place. We had been traveling for 3 weeks and were headed back home to NY when we stopped in Harrisburg for the night. I searched for "food near me" and liked the website for Moez. What a perfect choice. From the time we walked through the door it was a good vibe. From the lovely ladies taking care of us to the cooks and servers it was a class act. One of girls actually mistook us for a couple that had been in a few weeks before and the guy was about to celebrate a birthday. She wished ME a happy birthday and even after I had told her the difference she still sent us away with a birthday cake! Nothing but peace, love and laughter here. Do yourself a favor and go see them. It's worth the fun stories and smiling faces (not to mention that the food was phenomenal as well). It was the highlight of our travels .
