Dirty, do fill requests to omit items from orders, and no customer service. I arrived to a restaurant with no customers on 9/13, it was around 7:20pm so I wasn't surprised. I stood at the cash register with people passing by in the front and the back and no one offered to help me or get someone to help me. I went to the pick up counter to see if I could get help and was told, someone will be there in a minute, but did nothing to get someone. (And they have the nerve to ask for a tip.) Finally a very nice gentleman came out of the bathroom, and apologized for my wait. He stumbled through taking my order and asked for help (apparently new, which is totally cool) I put in my order and asked for something to be left off my sandwich. I reiterated this item be withheld several times. He assured me it was written on my ticket. I waited for my sandwich, and observed a filthy restaurant. I was tired from a day of flights and had walked from my hotel to get a late dinner or I would have left. I figured my chances were just as good there as anywhere else in the area. I got my bag of food, checked the ticket attached, it was correct, the item was to be omitted from my sandwich. I asked just to be on the safe side and they assured me the item was not on my sandwich. I walked back to my hotel, set up my meal at the table, bit into my sandwich, and got a mouth full of pickled onions. I attempted to call them to let them know what had happened, it was now 7:45 and no answer. I tried 4 times and still no answer. It is a really good thing I was not allergic to onions. I ended up eating chips and a tropical nut mix from the hotel for dinner. Thanks for nothing Panera. If you don't have the staff to run a clean and decent establishment, don't open your doors. I waited several days until I calmed down to write this review. I will probably not have the need to use this restaurant again, but I wanted others...
Read moreEverything here is pretty expensive for both the quantity and quality of what you get. A basic grilled cheese on white bread with American is almost $7, a cup of tomato soup is $6, a small Mac and Cheese is $6.38, and the average cost of a sandwich is $11. The food is certainly not bad, not great, just pretty average, and considering the price it’s just not worth it. There are a couple of good items however, I really like the grilled cheese with tomato basil bread and added white cheddar cheese, however this sandwich always ends up costing close to $8, with an extra dollar required for the white cheddar. The pizza is also pretty good, probably the best value item on the menu. This restaurant also constantly messes up the order in some way, shape, or form, whether it’s a nuts that was supposed to be removed, an added sauce or spread, or the incorrect bread on a sandwich. Recently, ordering from this place has proven rather difficult as well. The google hours show that the place is open 7 days a week, but many times after attempting to order on the app have been told that the restaurant is closed at times that seem completely random. Sadly even though there are many good menu items, the price and the deteriorating service has completely changed my perception about this place :( I just hope they can improve...
Read moreUpon arriving there , I discovered that the drive through was closed . I parked the car and walked over to the main door , which was locked . No reason why , just locked . I walked around to the side door and entered the business . Upon doing so , I walked up to the counter . There was no one there , and it was dimly lit . I waited a few minutes . 2 workers walked right by me . I noticed another window / counter . I walked over where another customer was waiting . He explained to me that the store was only taking online orders , and that the app was down . I asked one of the workers (which there were 4 or 5 ) if I could order here . She said no . She also stated that there was no one here that was capable of taking my order ! Also , that there was no manager there . I explained to her that the online app was down , and there was no way I could do it that way . She just looked at me , clueless , and said that The I.T . Dept was called . During the entire time , orders were being filled right behind her . What a way to run a business !!! Why hire if no one can operate a register or take an order ? I promptly informed her that I was going to Burger King right next door . They gladly took...
