Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Paxton Township

Tried to call numerous times on a Saturday afternoon. No one picked up. Tried to order on the app and also the website but there wasn’t an order option available. Decided to go into the store and order. Wanted a custom deep dish (pepperoni and mushroom) and crazy bread. The first (and only) cashier working seemed overwhelmed and unsure of the ordering system. After waiting in line for 7 minutes I placed my order. Pizza was done after 15 minute wait but then realized the cashier rang me up for only 1 crazy bread when I said I wanted 2. Three workers had returned from a break and now took over the registers. Decided to get one more cheese deep dish since the first pizza I ordered seemed small and was told it would be another 15 minutes. So much for hot n ready! Breadsticks were horrible. Basically oil dipped crusts. No Parmesean cheese on them. Pizza was lacking in sauce. No sauce at all on 1.5” from edge. This location needs some serious improvements. Also needs a good cleaning in the waiting area. The first time I ordered from there was shortly after they first opened last year and the food was great and ready fast. Last night(9.15.23) I made an online order with the restaurant. I had set a pre assigned drop off time of 6:45. I noticed that the pizza was picked up around 620ish from the restaurant by the driver, then I watched him drive around our local area (I HAVE PICTURES OF LOCATIONS). What should've been a 10 minute drive from the restaurant turned into a 45 minute tour of Dauphin county PA. Pizza was cold upon arrival. When I checked the order I was given the a wrong pizza. So I called the store to notify them of the mishap. The employee said, "oh yea it's right here" Ok? what are you going to do? He didn't offer to send it right out or apologize for the mistake. I asked for a return in my money for the pizza. He said "I can't do that". "I can write your name down and you have a week to come a claim a free pizza". I'd much rather have my money back for the pizza I didn't get. On top of the horrible customer service the delivery service that supplied me with cold pizza, yum. If I could have given a Zero, I would. I ordered online and was told 20 minutes. Waited a half hour past the quoted 20 mins. Went to store thinking they just forgot to notify me. Nope, no pizza. They could not tell me how long I had to wait. Asked for a refund. Manager was too busy and asked me to wait 5 minutes. Waited another half hour and again asked for a refund. Manager said she was putting the orders in the oven in the order they were received. And mine was next. Then she came back out and realized they didn’t even have my order on their screen. Was told 5 more minutes. Waited longer than 5 mins. But finally received pizzas. So in all, from the time I ordered it took me 1 1/2 hours for two pizzas. The pizzas were not very warm. We did get free crazy bread, but still not ever going back. (Also noticed there were people walking into the store, ordering and leaving before me).
