I write this because I’m upset with the very rude, snotty behavior of who ever is working the counter. This joint could have the largest selection in the world, it just won’t overcome poor customer service which is what this place is number one at. Buy a vape pen, next day it fails & they tell you to go pound sand, that it worked when bought & less than 18 hours later it doesn’t. Always found that when a business starts with the bad customer service, it’s usually because they’re on the verge of failing & failing is what’s deserved for telling a cash paying regular customer that they will not honor their own sold products less than 18 hours after purchase. Guess the owner has no idea of what customer service is & how it’s a good business practice that helps build a strong customer base & separates you from the thousands of other vape shops opening/closing every day. Read moreI went into this new vape shop thinking this place was like the rest but when I went in the selection of juice was great! But that wasn't what impressed me, I got to see first hand the great customer service they offer. The owner is very nice and helpful, the staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't have a juice you like they will try to get it or something close to it in stock. I know right now the shipment of juice is causing a price surge. I know this isn't the fault of the shop and their prices are on par with everywhere else selling name brand juice. If you buy name brand juice and not in house made the prices are more. The selection they have of not just juice but anything smoking or vaping related is very impressive for a newly opened shop. The care and concern they offer to get the product you want even though they don't carry it is what will keep me coming back. He made it very clear that our purchasing his products was a huge inconvenience to his time sitting in the back playing on his phone (which he did for a minute while we entered until complaining that we didn’t close his broken front door enough). Gave it a second shot (everyone has a bad day and deserves a second chance) recently and a different person was there. She was very nice and helpful.
