I purchased a knife for over 200 dollars at the store, it is from a quality manufacturer but some how my blade was easily damaged. I had large chunks broken within a week of owning the knife. The salesman assured me at the purchase of the knife that any issues would be covered by warranty. I brought my knife up to have it sent to the manufacturer and have the blade replaced. The salesman charged me for shipping and said it would be under warranty. The next day they called me to pick my knife up because they decided to sharpen it themselves. I explained I didnt trust the blade and I didnt want to mess with it a bunch so I wanted it replaced not sharpened and that now when they shipped it the manufacturer would not see the dammage ... after going back and fourth for over an hour and then with the bussiness owner they agreed that they would in fact have the blade replaced and not just resharpened. The owner said it cost 25 dollars but that he would pay for it. It was a process that would take over a month but I was ok with that. Today I get the knife back and because the large chunks that where missing had been sharpened out by the store the manufacturer didnt replace the balde... The store employees kept repeating that it "looked like the blades had been beating concrete " that was definitely not the case it was chunks missing not edges bent over. When I customer wants a service and explains how they want it dont decide you are going to do it your way and lie to them... either do it the way they want explain to them why your way is better and if they agree then do it or turn them away. This guys incompetence and arrogance shines through and wasted a month of my time and over 200 dollars ( if I recall nearly 275 dollars) of my money. When your a reseller the only thing you have to offer your customers is customer service and these guys definitely...

He worked late last night to get the engraving finished for us and it came out so beautiful! We even found a couple of decorative pieces in there that really hit home with me! My papa passed away 2 years ago this July and he was Air Force! I found the neatest decorations and was able to gift one to my Nana which made her feel close to him as well! Will definitely be coming...
