The instructor at Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training is amazing! The learning environment is setup so that you are learning by doing. Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training has taken things a step farther by becoming a State test site so that your exam site is the exact place where you were taught the skills being tested. When you graduate from Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training you are prepared for state and the workplace. I find it sad that individuals who know nothing about this class will leave a bad review and/or someone who didn’t complete the class. From my experience, if an individual doesn’t complete the class it had nothing to do with the class or the instructor and everything to do with that person not doing their part. So please, if someone reads through the reviews and comes across any that has one star and no comment, please take into consideration that it’s more than likely a bad review from someone who didn’t even take the CNA class and leaving the one star review for someone who unfortunately didn’t complete the class due to their actions - and sadly they decide to be petty instead of taking ownership of the true reason that the individual is no longer in class. My experience with the Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training was nothing short of amazing.

I took this class in winter 4 and in the limited days that I spent with Mrs. Betty and Mrs. Melinda I learned so much about what It takes to be a CNA. " The patient's comfort always comes first" A phrase Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training engraved in me. In my days at this program I was quite slow at learning the skills. Specially at my indirect care I would stutter at times as i try and gather the necessary words needed during clinical's in class and clinical's at the nursing homes even so Mrs. Betty and Mrs. Melinda diligently helped me throughout my time in the program wether it was questions about a certain skill that Mrs. Betty has already gone through or asking Mrs. Betty and Mrs. Melinda for tips to better my indirect care.
