BUYER BEWARE!!! Seriously beware of this place. This is a long review, but trust me, itâs worth the read it you donât want to be ripped off by Furniture Row. I placed an order for a sectional back on September 29th. Was promised by Kaleb it would be in no later than October 31st, that seemed reasonable so I paid IN FULL. Through the whole month of October every single person I spoke with dodged around me and my questions. I was never given a real answer from the get go. They finally revealed to me it definitely would not be in by said date and maybe sometime November. Never would release real details to me, even though we later found out they had them. The sales person Cory was extremely rude to both me and my husband on several occasions, being annoyed that she had to do her job and check where my order status was. Talk about lazy employees. By the time November rolls around they still seem to be clueless as to where my couch could be. The week of thanksgiving they claimed it would be in that Friday or Saturday. Well come to find out the canceled the truck with my couch that would arrive on thanksgiving because theyâd be closed. You really think a truck would come in on a holiday they are closed? Why not reschedule for the next day then? Pretty suspicious. But oh then, we find out two of my pieces have been sitting at their store, would not tell me for how long and the third piece would for sure be in the next week. Sure thing, theyâve told me this the last two months. I honestly think this couch was defective & they kept trying to ârepairâ it. I even asked one employee, Mario, If their truck had came in one day and he declared âyeah!â So positive. Only to ask what I asked again and claim he had no idea he just got there then. I asked if he would ask someone else since he just got there and he refused to ask anyone. Again, lazy employees. I was absolutely fed up with the withholding of information and asked for a refund. I was offered free delivery, guaranteed it would be here next week, and even offered the floor model. Are you serious?! I paid FULL PRICE in September for my brand new couch, I donât want a germy infested floor model. Get real. Every single employee I spoke to acted like they were off their rocker, couldnât answer basic questions, constantly sighed, complained about me and overall had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed. I have never been so disgusted with a âbusinessâ in my life. Thank god I got my refund because I can bet you that couch will never show up and they just wanted to take customers hard earned money for themselves. Never once got an apology from anyone either, how pathetic. Their employees also do not follow mask protocol despite the sign on the door, which is absolutely disrespectful. Donât take your money here people, unless you want to be harassed around by a bunch of clueless employees. Instead go to Eddins furniture, they are local to Lubbock and offer same day delivery as well as having couches in stock. The are also knowledgeable there too!!!! June 27th went to Furniture Row for the 1st time found a cute chair purchased it and then. Ordered my living room set. Thought I was good to go. Noticed my bank card was missing after we left. Called them, they couldn't find it
June 28th I Had to come in do the my paperwork all over for my furniture order because they didn't process the order and financing correctly.
Went in redid all the paperwork and refinancing again...this time by mistake they put for pick up instead of delivery.
After abt 6 weeks I called and my furniture had been sitting in their back warehouse for 3 weeks. No one called me to even pick it up...
So here's what we have: My credit card was misplaced in their store the first day. It was never handed back to me
Next day when they redid my paperwork, the put it for pick up instead of delivery and my sister had to do the down payment for me because I had to have my bank card reissued.
3.I was never given the name of or mailed the info of the finance company to make payments after financing. I had to call them to get the name of the company, because they didn't have the phone number.
My vehicle was not big enough for hauling furniture they told me it would be another 2 weeks for them to deliver.
My furniture, less than 100 yards away in their ware house, 2 trucks sitting in the parking lot empty... 2 hrs and 45 minutes before they close .. oh and muy bottom floor apt is only .53 miles from where we were standing " point five three miles...".

Delivered Sept 19th.
Oh and the chaise kit was back ordered til after Christmas but they called 2 days ago and said it came in early so they would deliver it that say in a couple hours.
4 hours later The floor manager ( same guy who processed my paperwork both times) was kind enough to bring it in his van. I when he asked if I was able to put it together or if I wanted him to do it realy quick, i just just decided I needed to be done with them altogether and put it together myself.
October 15th chaise kit delivered. I'm happy to be done with Furniture...
   Read moreVery disappointed in our experience here. The doors to the bedroom furniture were locked when we walked up! We had to walk down to another store to find an open door. After finding the right bed we walked around looking for a sales person. We had to walk around the whole place to find one sitting at a desk-we had to approach them-2 girls- and ask if they were in sales (do you want my money?) We told the sales woman that we found the same bed on a site online, that we were matching exisiting furniture, but asked if she could price match. The girl (I didn't catch her name) told us she thought the bed we were interested in had been discontinued and she might be able to get us a discount, but wouldn't know until tomorrow, but then followed that statement with "well, I wont be here tomorrow, but if you want to come back and speak to someone else tomorrow because the sale might end next week... You can also rent a drawer to take with you for $50..." (ummm, what???) Meanwhile we had just purchased mattresses that were without a frame and both work 60+ hours weekly-we were looking to make a purchase. I realize we showed up kind of late in the day, about an hour and a half before closing, but we needed a salesperson and a bedframe. Simple, you'd think walking into a furniture store that'd be an easy feat. I will say, I don't like being followed in a furniture store, but would like to be at least acknowledged and treated as though my hard earned money and business matters. Needless to say we spent over $3500 at Bob mills because we found a saleswoman...
