I went to return a pair of boots that I had just worn long enough to decide that they werent the right fit. Sydney greeted me and said the bottom of the boot was too dirty and that I needed to clean them off before I returned them. I asked if they might have something I could clean them off with real quick(they did have dirt from a couple hours use trying to get a feel for the boot but nothing that wouldnt brush off) she turned me away real quick. I went to look at another pair of the same boots in a half size larger when Drew came up and asked if I found the right size. Long story short Drew was extremely helpful in making sure the boots were clean. He took em in the back and scrubbed em off real quick, problem solved. New boots, happy camper. You want western cloths , boots , belts , hats this is the place to go . Never been walking out their door without a smile. They meet you at the door ready to lead you in the right direction. Can't beat that for sure. There has always been some type of deal going on when I've gone in. I go in there for boots and Jean's. Then I saw all the other items . Which again there was a sell on some shirts ! Friendly people that know exactly what I'm looking for which makes it easier with my busy schedule. Dollar Western Wear is a Lubbock original for a reason. If your from out of town for a Tech game or just visiting and want something western this store wont be disappointing at all. Great staff. Just wanted to add that the minute I walked in I too was, what some people call swarmed by salespeople and was never left alone. The amazing salespeople were with me to answer any questions I had and even got me boots to try with my pants. As I was in the dressing room, they were hanging outside the door with my wife. It was an amazing experience. I want to say that if you are offended by this, it's because you are not familiar with old-school customer service. People complain if sales people are around and do negative reviews and complain if they are not around and give negative reviews. To the staff and owner, please always check my ID when using my card.
