We had planned to go check out mattresses to replace our current one. We wanted to stay local and family owned if possible. Low cost but comfortable. We were expecting to have to go a few places around town to find what fit our needs.

We literally ended up buying the 2nd one we looked at (at Lubbock Discount Mattress). A California king size is hard to find around our area, but they had 2 models in stock. Other stores we went to had no options for this size and any special order would be delayed due to supply chain difficulties.

Their showroom is small, however, the small showroom allows for a lot of warehouse space so as to have items ready to go when you need it. Due to them having their business set up like this we ended up not having to wait when supply issues are hitting other mattress stores.

They are the only place in Lubbock with Puffy in store to try. Once I was there, the owner was fantastic to work with. He had great advice and really worked to help me stay in my budget while getting what I was wanting. He's excellent at making a deal, so make sure to talk with him about what you are really wanting. He didn’t have the product in stock, but he invested additional time called around to see what he could do.
