Awesome experience! I was looking for a watch band from Brighton that has been out stock at there stores and online for months and was able to find it J Hoffman’s. The online shopping experience and ordering process was so easy and seamless. I ordered on a Friday night and received a email that the order was gift wrapped and ready to ship on Saturday morning . I received the package on Wednesday and they were beautifully wrapped and ready for gift giving. Now I just have to wait until Christmas to give the gift. Thanks to J Hoffman’s for a great experience so do not hesitate to use them for all gift giving or that special treat for yourself. Another great experience looking for a necklace that was out of stock in the store and J Hoffman’s comes thru again. I had been looking for a gift for a good friend who is moving to Florida, but just couldn’t find what I wanted. I was running out of time, so I decided to go by J Hoffman’s at lunchtime, while at work. I only had a few minutes! I walked in and was immediately greeted by two nice ladies. I told them that I needed something for a friend who loves pink and the beach. She is moving to Florida. One employee immediately took me to look at a Kendra Scott pink seashell necklace! It was absolutely perfect! I was worried that my friend already had one, but she said it was the newest collection so hopefully not. They gift wrapped it beautifully and I was out the door in a matter of minutes with the perfect gift! It was a wonderful experience to say the least !! I drove 45 minutes From out of town to get there. I only had a short time span Before I had to get back To town so I was kind of stressed about that.. But without even mentioning this to them,, These wonderful ladies had to me taken care of it no time! I was really surprised actually on how quickly They got to me. Not only did they take the time to listen to me but the kind lady assembled the necklace exactly as I desired and had it boxed and wrapped Quickly as well.... And just to add a little more on top of that,,, The atmosphere was so positive And peaceful. Although they had a lot on their hands with people coming in and out , They had great attitudes the whole time And they were exceptionally kind to myself and others.!!!
