Rock Solid Athletics — Local services in Lubbock

UPDATE: This is our 3rd summer using RSA, and the experience gets better each time. For the past two summers, we have received private coaching in addition to the gymnastics and T&T summer classes. My child was able to move up from 4th to 2nd place in her small town league, thanks to the hard work she and her RSA coaches invested. RSA is always the summer highlight for my budding gymnast.

Original: Amazing staff, coaches, and facility. We were visiting from overseas, where it is difficult to get a slot for gymnastics lessons. I wrote a couple of gyms ahead of our summer visit to Lubbock, and RSA was the only one to respond and did so within a few hours. They assured us we could get a slot. They provided multiple options, and we settled on the single classes, which was perfect and exceptionally priced considering the level of training they received. The kids loved training on each apparatus, and the lessons are legit training sessions for beginners/intermediate students, not just running around playing. I was very impressed. Rock Solid recently hosted the USA Gymnastics Level 8 Competition and we were thoroughly impressed with the facility and staff. They began the competition with the national anthem (some facilities no longer do this) and they even prayed beforehand (first time we’ve encountered this!). In a time of so much negativity and uncertainty, Rock Solid shines like a beacon of hope because they are being the hands and feet of Christ! Keep planting and watering those young seeds! My granddaughter goes to rock solid. I'm disappointed the the way the staff monitors the children. Went to dropped off my grandchild. No one paid attention. I waited to see if anyone would ask if I need help or tell my granddaughter where to go, no one asked. My main concern is that anyone can go in and take a small child with out anyone knowing. What is the purpose of the card they give us if your staff doesn't even ask to look at it. Sign ...
