The place is really nice and clean, service was bad... we had our sons 5th birthday party there. Upon arrival we were greeted by our host who was very sweet. When I got to our table I noticed there wasn’t any decorations aside from the balloons we brought ourselves... when I called ahead to book our party the woman on the phone said there’d be a table cloth, and decorations they provide. I asked about balloons but she said there was a region wide shortage of helium and if I was able to find some anywhere then I could bring balloons myself... I found helium with no problem 😑 so they couldn’t provide any of the decor or balloons, no table cloth, but I still had to pay the full price AND bring my own stuff? When I asked the host about the no table cloth she mentioned that they hadn’t ordered any yet. Seriously?????!!! The host was no where to be found the majority of the party... she was very sweet but always hard to find. I was disappointed to spend about $600 at a place where everything was so unorganized, the food was super late, we had to rush all the stuff because the food took so long... again the host was no where to be found at most times so when any of the guests were needing stuff or refills; myself or the manager was getting them. The kids never got their drinks with their dinner, they just had whatever was left from their icee’s. I went back the next day and the manager that was on duty that day was very helpful to get me the take home cups (which we paid for in our package that the kids were supposed to receive with their dinner) and put goodies in it so I could give them out to the kids who came. When it came down to the arcade games; we were supposed to pass out to each of the families, their game cards that we purchased as part of the party package... we didn’t get the correct amount of cards so some of the parents ended up buying theirs 🤦🏻‍♀️ The host got me more cards when I mentioned to her that we were short... However one of them got a card that wasn’t loaded so they ended up buying their own. It was so embarrassing! I wanted to be able to sit down with the parents and get to socialize with them so they wouldn’t feel so awkward but I didn’t get to do that because I was busy being our party’s host since ours wasn’t any where to be found. Before we got there, they told us to increase party, wouldn’t be an issue but to decrease... they can’t allow. In other words... if you pay for 15 kids and only 8 show up... you still have to pay for the total of 15 kids. Well we signed up for 10 kids and some brought siblings so we added on 4 more and when it came down to making room... forget it! All the parents and kids were CRAMMED at 2 tables. I wish they would have made a table available to us for extra room but we just had to squeeze in. I definitely won’t be booking another party here unfortunately because of the lack of organization...

Not a good way to kick things off! We were a party of 10 - Most of us with the exception of 3 guests were planning on sticking around the entire night. Bowling, games, laser tag and dinner was the main plan. Upon paying for unlimited bowling we were informed that after one hour of play, should there be a waiting list, we would have to wrap up our game and move so they may cycle through their list. Understandable. Drinks took forever, pushing 30 minutes for a mixed drink and up to 20 minutes for a bucket of beer. Dinner was not much better... almost 30 minutes for food to arrive and most of it incorrect. Keep in mind this place is huge and servicing A LOT of people all at once. We were not to upset on wait times due to the fact we were able to hang out, bowl and visit. Problem is, there was a wait list. After our 10 frames (not an hour) we were told we had to move. There was not a table that would accommodate our large party, we would have to pack everything up AND I was still waiting on my dinner. I approached the front desk to discuss the issue where I was met with the RUDEST young lady I have ever came across in customer service. I asked to speak with the manager seeing as I am getting nowhere with this horrible young lady. Here's where the story takes a turn for the better! The management team is EXCELLENT. Great recovery... Being from a hospitality back ground, all I was expecting was a manager to listen to me, allow us to at least enjoy our dinner before we moved and the young lady behind the desk to be addressed. They exceeded my expectations! With out just masking the issue with freebies, this team stepped up - went above and beyond and really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. This is a stellar management team! We will be back! I am sure managing this type of venue is not the easiest but these guys sure do a great...
