We ordered pickup twice. From what I remember about Twin Peaks they always had great food and attentive service. Things at this particular Twin Peaks have been very disappointing both times. The first time we ordered they forgot to give us the drinks. We came home excited to unpack our food and realized the pot roast dinner was sparse and we were missing our tea. We had to come all the way back. When my partner tried to request our beverages, forgoing complaints on the portion size, the staff treated her poorly as if she were trying to steal 2 very small and diabeticly sweet teas... we decided to give them a second chance and tonight was so much worse. We ordered 4 meals, 2 pot roasts with mash, 2 Brisket Taco dinners with two side salads. The staff was friendly and fast but the food was disgraceful at best. Most of the salad greens were brown, slimy, and rotten, and one was missing its dressing all together. They were haphazerdly thrown in their boxes with moist and chewy crutons. The 4 additional sides of ranch were all poured into a large cup defeating the purpose of ordering seperate sides as we had intended them for dipping. The pot roast was not fully cooked and had an iridescent sheen, as they had clearly cooked spoiled or rotting meat giving it the aesthetic of fish scales all while drowning the broccoli and mashed potatoes in the foul and putrid juices. The brisket tacos were dry, thin, stringy and the meat was crunchy in places, a drastic contrast to the rubbery tortillas the meat had been slapped into. They have a lot of nerve charging $70.29 for the absolutely despicable poison we were served. My partner ate only a few bites before we discovered the disrespectful quality of the food and became sick within 20 minutes of throwing it all out. The only reason we did not return to request our money back was because of the poor treatment the first time around. If you care about your health at all I would strongly advise against eating here. As for us we will not be giving a...
Read moreI had an absolutely fantastic experience at Twin Peaks recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to my server, Trinity. From the moment I sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive in a way that really elevated the entire visit. Trinity struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable she made me feel like more than just another customer, but rather a valued guest. Her timing was spot on with everything. She checked in often enough to make sure I had everything I needed, but never to the point of interruption. Trinity’s recommendations were also on point she clearly knows the menu well and helped me choose a meal that turned out to be absolutely scrumptious. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it was obvious the kitchen put care into the preparation, but Trinity’s enthusiasm and knowledge made the food that much more enjoyable. On top of that, her positive energy and genuine smile created such a comfortable atmosphere that I found myself lingering longer than I expected, just enjoying the vibe she helped set. You can tell she takes real pride in her work, and it shines through in every interaction. The food itself was excellent, hot, fresh, and full of flavor. From start to finish, everything was cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. But as good as the food was, Trinity was the true standout of the night. She’s the kind of server who turns a simple meal into an experience worth talking about and definitely worth coming back for. If you’re planning on heading to Twin Peaks, do yourself a favor and ask for Trinity. Between the mouthwatering food and her top-notch service, you’re guaranteed a visit that’s memorable for all the...
Read moreWalking in the hostess was nice and friendly, then she took me to my table, and service went downhill. I watched 2 more tables get sat down after me, and they even had servers come to their tables already while I'm still wondering who my server even is, she finally came over from sitting at a table behind me to get my drink order and appetizer i ordered and brought me my drink and went right back at three table behind me. She came over and asked me if I'm still good again but never asked to take my order. My appetizer came out, and she finally came back from the table behind me and asked if I was still good and if I needed anything but never asked to take my order. I did ask her if I was able to go ahead and place my order, and she got defensive with me and said that what she was asking me when she said so I need anything else. My food came out, and my sweet potato fries had no seasoning what so ever on them. My billionaire bacon burger is ordered with no tomatoes, and it came with hardly anything on it and looked really flat, definitely not what I'm used to getting from twin peaks. I talked to the hostess and voiced my concern and told her she was the only good part about coming in this place. I've been told the service at this twin peaks has been going down by many people, but I had to try for myself and don't have anything to compare it to from before but my experience was not good and don't plan on trying this...
