Stock Style Shop — Local services in Lubbock

I have shopped in this store many times before. I came in the Saturday before Christmas at 5:04pm, a prime shopping time, in look for more gifts. The door was unlocked, all lights were on, and there were 2 other customers in this store. I was immediately approached by an employee and asked if I was looking for anything specific. After saying that I was just browsing, I was told this. “Well we are technically closed right now”. I left. I completely understand and respect a business’s hours, however when there are still other customers in the store and the door was still unlocked, it is hard for me to understand turning away a potential sale. As I said previously I have shopped here many times and often find things to purchase. Ultimately it was the business’s decision to turn away the potential sale, but it was a very frustrating experience and I now feel that my business is not valued...
