Poor customer service by the female pharmacy tech and female pharmacist this morning, June, 9, 2022. The tech started off by lying to my senior mother who has cancer, saying her medication wasn’t even at their pharmacy. When my mom called a different United where she use to have it filled and asked if it was there by chance (she moved across town and was trying to switch her medications over to this United because it’s so much closer to her now) and they informed her that her medicine was indeed at the pharmacy on 82nd and Frankford, because they could see it. Strike one. When my mother calls back to inform the tech of her “mistake”, she continued to be rude to her by telling her she couldn’t make any promises when it could be ready because she had time for nothing but answering phones, as everyone was calling her saying they were leaving town and needing their medication. Strike 2. Then she says they will fill it and they hang up, only for the tech to call her back about 10 mins later saying they couldn’t fill it because her doctor wrote it out as a 30 day supply (even though today is 30 days since she last had it filled…I guess the pharmacist and pharmacy tech aren’t too smart when it comes to counting to 30 which seems problematic as their MAIN job is counting pills) and they just flat weren’t filling it for her until tomorrow. So if my mom were to accept this, she would need to be without her medication for an entire 1/2 day tomorrow or longer considering they are so unhelpful and rude that she would probably tell her that she couldn’t fill it until the evening as she probably would be too busy answering phones again. Strike 3. So my mom called her doctor, who called the pharmacy, and the pharmacist told her doctor that they would not fill it until tomorrow no matter what the doctor told them. So the doctor called my mom back and suggested she quit using this pharmacy (along with any United pharmacy) and the doctor called the medication into a different pharmacy. My advice would be to stay FAR away from this pharmacy unless you love people with bad control issues, who are rude and...
Read moreI am very upset at the way I was treated this evening at the United Pharmacy on Frankford/82nd. It was the Pharmacist that was very rude and unprofessional. She was white, blonde, and possibly in her 40’s. I am wearing 2 masks, had to pick up orange juice and my prescriptions. I am very aware that no one should be out and about with Covid and I normally would never do it, but It is just me!! I’m not married or with anyone that helps me with things such as this. I had to wait 45min. for my prescription that was called in 3 hours prior, just for her to say. “ You have COVID?” I said, yes. She says,” you shouldn’t be out with Covid”, and I said, yes I do realize this, but I didn’t have a choice. She started spraying the money with Lysol making a huge scene. I understand her frustration, but she was beyond rude!! Definitely felt as single and lonely as ever at that moment. No one should ever feel that bad going to people that are supposed to make you feel better. Prayers for her, maybe she needs a customer service...

My wife had no warning, no notice posted, and walked in today and instantly had an asthma attack. I had to take her to urgent care for a breathing treatment and a shot of something as she was having an analytic reaction. They lune the entrance of united eith these so it's not even like you can just avoid that part of the store. I have contacted United about this yearly as long as we have lived in lubbock, but I get no answer. Are any lawyers out there want to take this to cort for us? United doesn't seem to care as all emails about this have...
