If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I went in there today to send a Western Union payment on a bill. I handed the girl at the Customer Service desk the stub off my bill , that I wanted to pay, and told her where to send the payment, and pointed out the account number. She proceeds to enter my information into the computer, and told me how much I owed owed with the transaction fee. I paid her and waited for her to finish my transaction . When she handed my receipt I immediately looked at my receipt to make sure everything was correct. It was not correct, and I told her immediately that she had sent my payment to a different account number than what was on my bill stub .I told her that she needed to refund my money ,as she had made the mistake, and sent the payment to a wrong account number. She said that she would see what she could do. I waited there , at the customer service desk while she talked to her manager, and then to Western Union. After waiting there for 30 minutes she finally comes back over to me and says I can’t refund your money,it’s already been sent. I said , “ you can’t refund my money, even though it is your fault that it was sent to the wrong account. Her reply was “No,you wil have to contact the company that your bill is from. I do not feel that I was treated in a business like manor, and because it was her fault that my payment was sent to the wrong account number, my money should have been refunded to me and I could have turned around and resent the payment to the correct account number. It should not be my responsibility to jump through hoops to have to try to straighten this mess out. I have shopped in United Supermarkets for many years , but I will no longer do so if this is the way that their staff...

I used to be a big fan of the RediMeals that United has for sale. However, their prices have gotten ridiculously expensive, and their quality has gone way down. Here are a few examples. The "Fully Loaded Baked Potato" doesn't have a baked potato. It is diced potato with some condiments. No potato skin, no real "Baked Potato" experience. The overall quality and satisfaction is very low. The "King Ranch Casserole" is no longer a casserole. (It used to be my favorite!) They throw in some weird round tortillas and the ingredients into a dish and hope you don't notice that it wasn't actually all baked together in a real casserole. It is not good. So disappointing. For the price of a small portion of the RediMeal Mac&Cheese, you can buy 2 family-size boxes of Velvetta Mac&Cheese and the taste is very similar. The RediMeal used to be Bacon and Green Chile Mac&Cheese, but now it is some expensive generic disappointment. In my opinion, HEB has much better RediMeals. Still expensive (as is everything these days), but the quality is so much better. Market Street used to be a leader in the RediMeals in the Lubbock area. But, they have gotten so expensive and bad that it's no competition and HEB is worth the drive to...

Always the best super friendly. They always bring your groceries to your car for you. The helpers are amazing and always smiling. They have got fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - I have to say it's pretty delicious. Something different every day. Monday's our favorite with the crispy chicken. So good and they give you enough. You have leftovers for tomorrow. The stores are always clean fresh fruit to meat and they have wine and beer here as well. They have a pharmacy in store. They have a Wells Fargo Bank in the store. We could not be happier with this location of United supermarket. They have dog food here and fresh pet food which is cute. They have a little refrigerator to keep in it fresh. I have a baby aisle. I have hair product aisle even have a health aisle and of course they have a candy aisle who could miss that. They make fresh bread here everyday. Desserts fresh desserts. Anytime you need something for a party I would recommend coming here. Delicious and at a great price. The workers are super helpful and if you can't find something they know exactly where it is. Almost never have to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Parking lots always clean.
