United Supermarkets Deli — Restaurant in Lubbock

Good evening! United customer, first I want to say I love your customer service and everything about the store . I love that I can find everything I love in same place especially when it comes to healthy foods. Unfortunately today I had a kinda scary situation with one of your employees. I had been working in my farm so I wasn’t in my best outfit 😅 but I had to stop and grab dinner for my family. It was around 3pm I purchased 3 roasted chickens and some sides , the employee at kitchen told me to check out with cashier next to Starbucks so I went with her I ask if I could check out there she told me no right away but proceeded to check out my items meanwhile started asking me if I knew what purge was (the movie ) and said that she wished there was one day a day like that and wondered what it would be like. Then ask if I had my rewards I said unfortunately no , she ask if I had food stamps? I said no . She said that she was surprised ( I guess because I was dirty and Mexican) I told her I was just going to use my business card. She keep talking weirdly and make me and customer behind me feel weird. Customer catches up to me at parking lot and tells me I have to say something because she was attacking me because of my looks . I honestly don’t like to get people in trouble but I was so afraid that I don’t want to stop at that location anymore. 82 and Frankford . I don’t think she likes people like me .
