Vibeage Boutique — Local services in Lubbock

I do NOT recommend coming to this establishment at all. There are plenty of boutiques in the surrounding area that actually care about your well-being. Or heck - so many cute boutiques around the country that have online stores! I went in to look for something cute for a date night, and made sure my mask went over my nose as I came in. However, you can imagine my surprise when I saw that the two gals working at that time did not have masks on the entire duration that I was in the store. I did not find anything other than a headband (a big regret btw because some of the stitching is coming off), and the girl checking me out still didn’t put a mask on while ringing me up. I am highly disappointed I even spent a dime there, and would go return it (but I do not feel like risking my life again to go in that store). On top of that, there was barely any assistance throughout my shopping trip. As it seemed that the girls were more focused on taking pictures of their product in front of the store. All in all, I do not recommend coming here and supporting this business as it seems this business does not...

Y’all - this girl and her business are doing big things in Lubbock!! You won’t find another boutique like it. Ruby and her staff never hesitate to go the extra mile and provide exceptional customer service and the friendliest atmosphere for shopping. I have been most impressed with her willingness to follow the rules during the COVID ‘pandemic’ and more so her tenacity, perseverance, and grit to push forward and not let anyone bring her business down by standing up for her rights of freedom as an individual and a business owner - all the while being as professional and respectful as possible! While she may ask that you not wear a mask in her establishment, do not confuse this with disrespect. She had a right to set parameters for her store to its best interest. And you have the right to just not shop there if you don’t agree. But - don’t miss out on a one-of-a-kind shopping experience by being close minded.
