Something Different Grill — Restaurant in Lubbock

We are always looking to support locally owned businesses. We have eaten at the Levelland location many times and decided to try the new location on Quaker. Getting in to a restaurant to eat after church on Sunday is always hard. We walked in and were pleased to find that they were not extremely busy yet. There was a party of 5 adults and a toddler. We ordered and sat down and the food came out quickly. Two ordered the wraps, one had the catfish, one had the chicken fried steak baked potato and one had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I purposely asked everyone around the table as it was my suggestion to give them a try. The two that had wraps said that they were very good, the baked potato agreed that it was very good. Oh my goodness, give this location a try. What an amazing place for delicious food. I ordered the California wrap so fresh and big enough I couldn't finish it all, I wanted to because it was so good. My friend ordered the Fiesta Chicken Salad and she loved it. ((Our only regret was not taking pictures)) so we could show you all how good the food looked and tasted. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated...has a zen feel to it, plus the staff was so helpful and courteous, after delivering our food - they came back to our table make sure it was all good. I love eating at something different Grill but tonight not so much, I called in my order of a baked potato and fried green beans, they told me 15-20 minutes pick up time ok great! The first problem was I get there and wait in the drive thru at least 15 minutes before a person comes to the window and proceeds to take my money, then asks me to pull around front and they’ll bring my order to me ok cool no problem except it was another 15 minutes and the second problem was I get home and food is cold and no ranch for the fried green beans, had to heat them in the microwave not good and total...
