Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Lufkin

If I could give this place a 0 as far as customer service goes I would. My mother just came through the drive thru line with an almost $20+ order. She had a coupon, but has carpel tunnel and arthritis in her hands. The drive thru clerk named More-Let, wouldn't let more go and cut out my mother's coupons to do her to go drive thru j-o-b! MoleLet or More-Let claimed to be the store manager when I called back after my mom stated she felt discriminated against for her disability.

SHE LATER CLAIMED HER STORE MANAGER WAS A LADY NAMED BOBBY... AFTER I THREATENED TO SUE FOR DISCRIMINATION... Probably a Lie, too!!!

How come this lady that's at work couldn't cut out coupons at a drive thru window, when we the customers make her check?... Is that not her job? Customer Service in a Drive-Thru window??

And so, the food my mom ordered, didn't go to waste. I bet they ate it, and laughed afterwards at my mother even though she has credited disabilities!!!

ALLEGEDLY: DO NOT EAT HERE IF HANDICAPPED, THEY WILL TAKE UP FOR RUDE SERVICE, AND BLAME IT ON COVID!!! I'M ASSUMING THERE'S NO PPE, NOR SOAP AND HOT RUNNING WATER.

Your response is not acceptable. If your going to ask for a coupon, don't you still have to touch it to accept it?! Thanks for the extremely rude service, and that tremendously insupportable response Mr. Brandon & Mrs....

I got the two chili dogs and chili fries today and I like chili and cheese on my baked potatoes but I’ve never tried it on french fries so I asked if I could have it on the on the side and she did it. Brooke provided exceptional customer service she made sure I was happy. Everything was hot and fresh. Everything was packaged neatly. She asked me about getting a drink. She also asked me about buying a can of chili. She was just very thorough. I want to tell you that when I was a little girl and I’m 70 years old now over 70 my dad used to take My five brothers and sisters to a Wienerschnitzel in Oklahoma City And for the rest of my life I’ve compared every hotdog to the Wienerschnitzel Oklahoma City. You can imagine how happy I was to see a Wienerschnitzel coming opening up in my town. Of Lufkin, hadn’t seen one of your shops for years. I bring my grandkids here all the time. Thank you for having such high standards, but also making it affordable for the normal person to buy and feed their grandkids. You always have a special and I appreciate...

The food was great, the service was fantastic, and the chili was absolutely on point.

This was one of those fast-food visits where everything just worked. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted exactly how you want comfort food to taste satisfying and flavorful. The chili was rich and hearty, exactly what I was hoping for.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was polite, quick, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to get that level of attentiveness at a quick-serve spot, but they nailed it.

If I had to nitpick, I’d say the serving sizes felt a little small for the price. Not enough to ruin anything, but just noticeable enough to mention. That said, the overall quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it.

I’d absolutely come back and next time, I’ll probably just order...
