Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lufkin

I eat taco bell everyday practically, they are my favorite place so we spend quite a bit of money well two days ago after work I went through drive thru and ordered made it clear not to put sour cream due to im allergic.. get my order it was messed up sent it back thought they fixed it got home and realized it was still messed up and had sour cream I called the manager said they'd replace everything.. I get there last night to get my fixed order stood inside at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to help me.. while I was waiting on my order to get to me I waited almost 30 minutes.. while waiting I'm getting extremely impatient and look back there the workers are goofing off throwing stuff and laughing they hand me one bag which isn't all I order and refused to fix the rest of what they said they would... the manager was very unprofessional and rude, so finally my mom came in to buy the drinks and stuff and brought up the fact the manager was rude to me and the young man who was extremely helpful and sweet went and told the manager about the complaint and she refused to come speak to my mom stood back there laughing saying I was not rude to that girl... Like I said we spend a lot of money here but here lately the new management they are getting is ridiculous and...

This location took forever to get to the counter to take my order. I stood there for what felt like forever watching workers pass me and work on the line. I felt hey we're to dependent on the order tablet in the dining room. If you want us to use that please put up a sign so I'm not just standing there for no reason. All their sodas inside were out of sodas. I wanted baja blast and there was none. And then so Pepsi not any of the other mountain dew products, other then the sugar free Baja Blast, which wasn't the same. Our order was correct but everything was under filled. My daughter had a interview here and got hired before she could even start it was told to her by another employee that works there that they were saying my daughter was weird this was my daughters first interview ever of course she was very nerves . Long story short she did not go back to start the job and got another job and was promoted to team leader after 2 weeks of working for them . Moral of the story don’t talk about people you know nothing about ur loss their gain for sure . Her boss stated she is one of the top employees he has and has great work ethic .
