Get a price upfront in writing, they will give you a price then charge way more after installation. He added leather on my custom box without telling me claiming the price won't change, then later claimed the price went up because of that. I purchased two DVD headrest players in mid 2020. Chris installed them and they did not work very well. He tried adjustments to one of them volumn wise, could not get sound up.
