I received a phone call of them telling me I picked up the wrong rope chain. Which look identically like mine. And too keep in mind I had this chain for over a month. I get there and they asked for the chain and they thought I was scamming them because I picked up the wrong chain that looked like mine. When it was really their fault because they’re suppose to have my chain along with my paperwork and personal info. But NO! They blamed me and thought that I was trying to steal someone else’s chain. The owner/manager then proceeded to say that that, “there are a lot of criminals who try to scam us everyday!” And I got offended because it was their mistake in the first place, not mine. And not once did they apologize and said it was they’re mistake. The owner/manager is a man with glass’s, he was extremely rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain myself, that it wasn’t my fault. At the end I showed my I.D. And he gave it to me. And he tried to make me pay again! Horrible and so unprofessional from the store. Please save your money and go somewhere else...

UPDATE: Updating the poor workmanship that I overpaid for. This is 10 months later when my chain just fell off my neck. The clasp just broke in half after getting out of the shower.

Not very impressed with this jeweler at all after people recommended them to my wife. Took a chain and cross in for repair ( new clasp and build up the top of the cross which had worn from the chain rubbing on it) Went to pick it up and the girl says, "that's $250.00".😳 FOR WHAT? A SMALL REPAIR? After a slight back and forth after another female came over, the bill became $140.00. Still a little too high as far as I an concerned for a repair. Their reason for the original cost "a new employee ". My wife has several pieces that need to be repaired, needless to say we will be looking for somewhere else to take her jewelry. ‼️‼️DO NOT GO THERE‼️‼️ They called and told us they gave us the wrong chain and told us they have are ID “threaten us” so we went up There to return the chain, they become very rude and asking if that chain was ours, even after they told us they gave us the wrong chain. I began to tell them my story on where they got confused and continued to blame us and call us criminals for taking the wrong chain that THEY GAVE US‼️‼️ they NEVER apologized and didn’t wanna give me my money back from paying for the wrong chain after being talked over and continually being accused they finally understood even after that they tried to make me pay AGAIN!! I had to fight to get my money back that they stole from me! PLEASE take your jewelry to another place don’t waste...
